My name is Rita Jackson and I’d like to welcome you to my website.

I have been working with people in dispute since 1985, and mediating since 2009. My mission is to provide a safe and confidential space where clients can think about how best to resolve a conflict in the family, at home or at work and explore what they can do to resolve the conflict or at least reduce its impact. My services are not therapeutic, they are impartial and practical. Experience has taught me successful resolutions are based on good information, understanding the needs of those affected and are agreed rather than imposed.
