Individual Confidential MIAM
Mediation information and assessment meeting – £120
An opportunity to discuss what you wish to resolve, the background and cover any questions you may have about the process and how to prepare. Also includes information about alternatives and certificates for Court forms.
Pre-Mediation Coaching – £100 per client
A one-hour session for each client to help them focus on the skills they will need to make the most of mediation.
MIAM Certificate Update
If more than 4 months have elapsed and you need to update your court certificate – £120 per hour pro rata.
Joint Mediation Meetings
Child arrangements (90-minute sessions)
Online – £160 per client per session.
Joint meeting Rickmansworth – £170 per client per session.
Joint meeting Uxbridge or Harrow – £175 per client per session.
Mediation outcome summary – brief without prejudice note of reminders and next steps – included in session fee.
Child inclusive mediation – Child consultation – £100 one hour up to 3 children.
Parenting Plan – a detailed statement of arrangements for children – £125 per client.
Government funding of up to £500 per family is now available to resolve issues relating to children following parental separation.
Property and Finance
(90-minute sessions)
Joint meeting online – £180 per client per session.
Joint meeting Rickmansworth – £190 per client per session.
Joint meeting Uxbridge or Harrow – £195 per client per session.
Online Shuttle financial mediation (parties do not speak to each other directly) – 2 hours – £240 per client.
Mediation outcome summary – brief without prejudice note of reminders and next steps – included in session fee.
Joint Open Financial Statement – £150 per client.
Memorandum of Understanding – £150 per client.
Legal Aid – funding may be available to fund family mediation, for applicants on low income within Government income and assets rules. Please contact me for more information.
Shuttle or hybrid mediation in meeting rooms – please contact me to discuss your requirements.
Mediation with co mediators, financial intermediaries or interpreters – please contact me to discuss fees.
